Shipping Policy
At JamalBoards, every resin cutting board is handmade to order and carefully inspected before shipment. Production begins after your order is placed.
Processing & Production Time
Each board is a pre-order item.
Please allow approximately 6–7 weeks for production. This includes crafting, resin pouring and curing, sanding, finishing, and quality inspection.
Once your board is complete, it will be prepared for shipment and you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Shipping & Delivery Time
After production is complete, shipping typically takes 7–12 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 7–9 weeks
Production and shipping times are separate and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or high demand.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your board ships, your tracking number will be sent by email.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JamalBoards is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
