At JamalBoards, each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and processed with attention to quality and accuracy. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect item selected at checkout

• Personal preference

• Ordering by mistake

• Delays caused by shipping carriers outside our control

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your board arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the board and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it may begin processing immediately. Because of this, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed after purchase.
